Projects

The Arduino (pictured to the left) is one of many variants of the original design concept that consists stackable boards. It is the heart and brains of a development platform that allows you to build almost anything you can dream up.

Once you get a board, you will want start adding parts and upload a program (called a sketch) to it's internal memorey using software you can download here for free.

There was a problem with the one shown in the picture. The alignment of the header pin sockets as seen at the top of the picture shows that the sockets are not aligned true. The offset is enough to prevent the device above it (called a shield) to seat properly.
